VIRTUAL Annual General Meeting – Friday 17th April 2020

ATTENDANCE AND BALLOT PAPER

Owing to the postponement of the Reunion (and AGM) originally scheduled for the 21^st March 2020 and the urgent need to adapt the OPA constitution to ensure the longevity and expansion of the Association, the committee has decided to hold a “virtual” Annual General Meeting on the 17^th April 2020. This will not be a meeting held at a physical location but will be “attended” by those choosing to return this “attendance and ballot paper”. The only item on the agenda of this AGM is adoption of the proposed new constitution previously sent to you. The current and proposed constitutions may also be found at the website at the following locations……
